What Happens Next
- • Content is removed or access is disabled
- • The user who posted the content is notified
- • Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated
- • A copy of your notice may be sent to legal databases
DMCA Counter-Notification
If Your Content Was Removed
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. This must include:
- • Your physical or electronic signature
- • Identification of the removed content and its former location
- • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake
- • Your contact information and consent to federal court jurisdiction
Counter-Notice Process
We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant. If they don't file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.
Fair Use and Education

GlassBlockers is an educational platform focused on architectural appreciation and documentation. Much of the content shared may qualify for fair use protection under the following factors:
Content is shared for educational and commentary purposes
Focus on architectural analysis rather than entertainment
Only specific scenes/shots showing glass block architecture
Does not compete with original work's market
Repeat Infringer Policy
